Suprenv offers three plans: Starter at $29/month (60 hours), Pro at $59/month (150 hours), and Power at $99/month (300 hours). All plans include persistent storage and OpenCode AI assistant.

Terms of Service | Suprenv

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Suprenv ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Suprenv provides cloud-based development environments that allow users to access OpenCode AI assistant from any device. The service includes persistent storage, workspace management, and team collaboration features.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Suprenv offers monthly subscription plans with different features and compute quotas. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the applicable subscription fees on a recurring monthly basis
Provide accurate and complete billing information
Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, but are not guaranteed.

4. Usage Limits & Quotas

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of compute hours per month. If you exceed your monthly quota, your cloud environment will be automatically paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. Unused hours do not carry over to the next billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Suprenv for:

Any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Resource abuse or mining cryptocurrencies
Storing or distributing copyrighted material without authorization
Any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service

6. Data & Storage

Your data is stored in persistent volumes attached to your cloud environment. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. While we strive to ensure data durability, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from account termination, prolonged service suspension, or force majeure events.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will lose access to your data and the service.

8. Affiliate Program

By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in any promotional content
Not engage in self-referral or fraudulent activities
Provide valid invoices with required legal information for commission payouts
Not make false or misleading claims about Suprenv

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPRENV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
